RTM Deluxe Seat and Backrest for sit on Kayaks
This is the seat and back rest that is often supplied as part of the 'Comfort Packs' from RTM for their 'Sit On' models like the Ocean Duo and, Mambo, Mojito, etc.
The seat and back are made from quite firm foam covered in a heavy duty nylon cloth, resulting in a thickness of approx 20mm.
The back rest features a pair of glassfibre battens sitting almost vertically for extra back support at the 10 O'clock and 2 O'clock positions when viewed from the front.
Secured in position with 4 webbing straps which provide easy adjustment, as well as fitting a removal with the Plastic/Stainless steel clips, these seats provide good comfort and support and will considerably enhance both paddler comfort and performance.
The cloth covering ensures they are both strong and durable, and for some back conditions, the glassfibre battens can make the backrest on this model even more supportive than the Thermo Formed Hi-Comfort Backrest and Seat.
