Its a fact of life that wearing a rigging jacket will get you some odd looks from other beach goers. They look like a flasher mac - an image only made worse by completing your image with a gimp hood & lots of black rubber....

However you'll be the one laughing when it's baltic in February & you're still toastie warm as you head out into the sea for your session.

We wear them in the water when we teach kitesurfing. With the hood & deep pockets, you can really hide from the elements inside one of these. Nice if you come off the water cold & want to pack down before getting out of your wettie or just put something on for a mid sesh break with a coffee.
