Naish Park 2012

Target: Designed with fun in mind, the Park is the one kite that does it all – any rider, any style, any condition.

The Park's 3-strut design and Swept Compact C outline provides a stable and responsive kite. The powerful profile and leading edge give the rider good low-end power and consistent pull over a wide wind range.

The Park utilizes just enough sweep to maximize depower and allow easy relaunch. The Swept Compact C platform remains very close to a real C-shape in order to provide the crispness and feel in the bar that you really need.

Designed with fun in mind, the Park provides the rider with the power to boost, the handling to hit the lip with style and the ability to feel good in any condition.

What's New: We focused on the low-end power delivery without losing any of the light, crisp feel. LE percentage and profile depth have been tuned to improve the low-end pull. We also slightly reduced the sweep in order to get the overall platform closer to a real classic C-shape. To maintain the relaunch characteristics, we slightly extended the wing tips, to keep the same leverage on the overall kite when the rider pulls on the back line.

The Result: The rider can expect earlier planing without sacrificing handling.  The bar feel is crisper, which means the rider can better feel what the kite is doing and can steer it with precision. The relaunch is also improved over last year’s edition.

Universal Control System

The Universal Control System is a 4-line control system in an ergonomic layout.  

The front flying lines are connected at the lowest point possible to create a “low-v” configuration. This increases the differential in line lengths when initiating a turn so the kite responds faster to rider input. The interface swivel of the front lines keeps the lines straight and provides a front line flagging leash.

The Universal Control System is the cleanest and most function-rich control system available.

Color-coded, thermo-molded EVA and embossed grip: Provides superior grip.

Precision asymmetrical grip: Allows the rider to feel the bar orientation immediately.

Ultra-soft Powerflex bar ends: Conforms to the outside of the rider's hand and integrates the floaters.

Vario bar end adjustment 18"-20" (45-51cm): A Naish exclusive. The Dupont Hytrel bar end incorporates an internal adjustment system. The Vario adjustment features a flush hook which streamlines the bar end. The rider simply uses their flying line to rotate the hook, which in turn modifies the apparent length of the control bar. Ideal for fast adjustment when changing bar length between strong and light winds.

Internal back line trimming: Keeps the exposed line as clean as possible. 

Flared aluminum center hole: For minimal friction, easy turning and “bomber” durability.

Graduated trim line marking: Provides a visual position indication for the sliding bar stopper. 

Sliding stopper: Travels over a fixed distance to optimize maximum depower.

Fool-proof connectors: Removes the possibility of wrong line connection with the kite.

Wide leash with “low force” quick release:Allows easy repositioning after handle passes.

Naish Haze 2012 - comes with Naish Ally bindings

Target: Freeride performance and easy edging in all conditions.

The Haze is the ideal combination of reliability and user-friendliness, for all-around Freeride performance.

The Haze’s new 3D single-concave bottom shape is the most pronounced in the midsection, for incredible tracking. Its outline blends moderately parallel rails with a progressive curve at the tips, for easier edging control.

For ultimate all-around performance in any condition, the Haze is the perfect choice for most freeriders.
